Continued admission to the B.S. Pharmacy, B.S. Medical Technology and Certificate as Pharmacy Technician courses shall be governed by the following requirements:
- Students with a grade of FAILURE in any Biological Science or Chemistry or Professional subject will be discouraged from continuing the course and will be advised to shift to other courses; likewise, with students whose final grades in the above subject areas are flat 75 percent.
- Students in the above group (A) who insist on continuing with the course will be given a warning and an extension for another semester.;
- Two grades of WITHDRAWN or its equivalent (e.g. Re-examination, Pending, etc.) shall be considered as equivalent to one grade of FAILURE.;
- Students with TWO FAILURES made in one semester or accumulated from several semesters, one of which is in a major subject area (Biological Sciences, Chemistries or Prof. Subjects) will not be enrolled further in the course.
Old or transferring students with deficiencies or failures who may seek re-admission/admission to the above courses shall be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
